These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and [Legal Company Name], CAC Registration Number [CAC Registration Number], registered at [Registered Office Address] ("AidConnects").

By accessing or using the AidConnects platform (website, mobile application, or associated services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform
• You must be a resident of or legally authorised to operate in Nigeria
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify AidConnects immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at support@aidconnects.online.

AidConnects provides a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting customers seeking services with verified service providers. AidConnects acts as an intermediary platform and is not itself a provider of the services listed by providers on the platform.

All payments for services booked through AidConnects are held in escrow until the service is satisfactorily completed. Payment processing is facilitated through licensed payment service providers. AidConnects does not hold, store, or process payment card information directly.

All users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate identity and contact information
• Complete KYC verification as required
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations

Users must not:

• Use the platform to facilitate illegal transactions or activities
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews
• Attempt to bypass escrow or payment mechanisms
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform

AidConnects may charge service fees as set out in our current fee schedule, available at [Fee Schedule URL]. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice to users.

Any disputes between users and AidConnects shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within [N days], disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Nigerian arbitration law. Governing law: Federal Republic of Nigeria.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, AidConnects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. AidConnects' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AidConnects in the [N months] preceding the claim.

AidConnects reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice where immediate action is necessary.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria for resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
